Brief introduction of the lightweighting project of 200,000 tons/year coal tar fraction
Zaozhuang Zhenxing Energy Co., Ltd. was established in December 2014 and is responsible for the preparation and operation of the Group's 200,000 tons/year coal tar fraction lightweight project. Up to now, the company has completed a cumulative investment of 560 million yuan. The project uses the gas of Xuecheng Energy Co., Ltd. in Xuecheng Chemical Industry Park as the hydrogen source gas, and the oyster sauce, washing oil, phenolic phenolic oil produced by Zaozhuang Jiefuyi Co., Ltd. and the subsidiary of Shandong Jiaojie Group, Shandong Jiefuyi, Shandong The products of the company are revitalized as the main raw materials. It integrates the public works resources of the park, with an annual output of 168,000 tons of high-quality clean fuel upgraded eucalyptus oil, 30,000 tons of modified washing oil, annual profit and tax of 360 million yuan, and more than 200 people in social employment. Has good social and economic benefits. It is a node project for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy and comprehensive utilization of resources.
This project adopts the technology of coal tar fraction hydrogenation clean fuel oil produced by Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is designed by Sichuan Tianyi Technology Co., Ltd., and is composed of Sinopec Construction Company, 13 Chemical Construction Company and Shandong Huaxian Installation Company. The company undertakes construction tasks.
The company officially put into production on March 23, 2019, and successfully produced qualified upgraded oyster sauce and modified wash oil. The products are exported to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan and other places, and have made new contributions to the clean energy sector and regional economic development of Zhuangda Group.
